How are we able to offer better rates?

Our rates are based on wholesale pricing, as we primarily deal in bulk orders and distribution. Prices vary depending on the quantity ordered — for example, the rate for 10–20 pieces is different from that for 100–200 pieces. Since our business is structured around large-volume sales, our rates are lower than typical retail prices.

Why has my order not been delivered?

Your order may not have been delivered due to one of the following reasons:


  1. — for example, just 1 or 2 packs, which may not meet our minimum order requirements.

  2. — you may not have contacted us to confirm the order, or you might have missed our WhatsApp message requesting confirmation.

Are the products authentic?


Yes, absolutely. We purchase directly from the manufacturers and hold all necessary licenses and authorized distributor letters to sell these products. Additionally, you're welcome to place a sample order before committing to a bulk purchase for your peace of mind.
